Please note during winter and summer there are temperature restrictions for cargo shipping so if your airport is not approved due to weather, we may be able to do a personal delivery. Send us an email to inquire after reservations are open!
Personal Delivery In Cabin:
Do not proceed with a reservation if you have not confirmed a personal delivery quote first. You cannot obtain a quote until AFTER reservations open. If any babies are left available and you have confirmed a personal delivery quote, that option will be listed for you to choose on this form under cargo shipping. If your airport is approved for cargo but you would like a personal delivery quote, please select that option during checkout and we will respond to it within the hour after the reservation is made. If you are approved and the personal delivery charge is less than the $550 cargo price, you will be refunded the difference. If it's more, than you will get a link sent to you to pay for the extra shipping difference. All quotes expire at 11pm PST and any additional shipping costs are due by 11pm PST on the day the reservation is made.
Things Not To Do:
If you only want one bunny, do NOT have several people put a different bunny in their cart in hopes you "just get one." If multiple reservations are approved for different bunnies, you will not be refunded for "the ones you don't want." It is ok to have several people put the same bunny in their separate carts though, as only one person will get the reservation.
If you ONLY want two bunnies and one is NOT an option, you MUST add two bunnies to the same cart and check them out together. If you need shipping, only choose shipping for one of the bunnies, and the second one choose pickup, that way you are not charged twice for shipping. If you disregard this and pay twice for shipping, you will be refunded for one of the shipping costs minus a 3% fee.
Ensuring that your landlord or homeowners approve of having animals in your home is your responsibility prior to making a reservation. Additionally, it is crucial to consider any potential allergies among household members. Please note that failure to comply with these requirements will result in the absence of a refund.
Opt In For Bunny Insurance?
We have an insurance policy that can only be purchased during the time your reservation is made. Please read in depth to fully understand what this insurance covers. Insurance is $50. This insurance remains valid for a duration of 180 days from the birth date of the rabbit. If your rabbit passes away from a genetic issue ONLY and is proven to be a genetic issue by a licensed exotic veterinarian (they must be an exotic vet), we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the rabbit. They will need to email a letter with a header from their vet office stating the genetic result. We will also be calling the vet office to confirm with the vet. Shipping will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the rabbit. Liver torsion and GI stasis are NOT covered by this insurance.
Last But Not Least:
If you do not read our sales policy or the information provided above and ask for any kind of refund after a reservation is made, you will not only not be refunded, but your bank, Paypal, and Square see our policy as solid, and will give us favor. Please do your research and read our policies in depth before reserving to avoid any issues! We want a great relationship with our families and that starts with you respecting our policies!
