Shipping In The U.S.

Cargo Shipping

Click on the "Click Here To Reserve" button on the bunnies to adopt page to see if your airport is listed on the reservation form. If you do not see your airport, fill out a request to see if there are any available flights. If we approve your airport, it will be added to the reservation form for checkout.  Some airports have temperature restrictions for cargo shipments so your airport may be deleted the morning of reservations if the temperature on the shipping day is going to be outside those parameters. You will not get an email response back to your airport request. The only way to check is to click on the reservation link. It will be updated every 24 hours.

*Cargo shipping is $399 which includes the air fair ticket, airline approved crate, absorbent pad, water + food dish, as well as any necessary documents needed per airports requirements. If you adopt two bunnies in the same reservation than the second one ships for free in the same crate.

In Cabin Shipping

We also offer in cabin personal delivery to your airport of choice which can range between $299-$1,800. All personal delivery quotes expire at 11pm PST which is why we can only give a quote for bunnies that are available only. If you are ok with having cargo shipping as a backup option, you are welcome to reserve right at 7pm on a reservation date and select that you want a quote for a persona delivery. If you ONLY want a personal delivery, then you must wait until reservations are open and send us an email for a quote prior to reserving. Pricing fluctuates a lot so we appreciate you understanding and respecting these guidelines!

What To Expect Upon Picking Up Your New Rabbit

When you arrive to pick up your bunny, you can open the crate door and pet them slowly on the head to help comfort them. It's normal if they are shy at first because they are in a whole new environment and sometimes need time to adjust. Make sure to make them feel secure when picking them up. I suggest when you get home to sit down and hold them in your arms for a while so they get used to you. Stroking your fingers between their nose to the top of their head will help the bonding process!

Warranty

Our animals are healthy to the best of our knowledge when they leave our home. Once they leave our care and are passed onto the airlines, we are no longer responsible for any damage or fatal occurrences.
