We really care about our animals. We want them to be happy in their new homes and we want you to be happy with your new pet. Please educate yourself and understand the needs of the animal before purchasing them. There is no guarantee on weight. Holland lops range between 2-4lbs fully grown but brood does can weigh in the 5lb range resulting in babies that could weigh more than the standard Holland lop. We also offer lifetime support for pet rabbit care only. If in need of any advice or have questions about your pet rabbit, feel free to contact us! I do not offer a mentorship program on breeding, so please be very educated prior to reserving a bunny to be bred from us or have a mentor/ social groups you can ask your breeding related questions to.
To reserve a bunny, full payment including shipping, if you are having your bunny shipped, is due. Pedigrees are available for purchase in our bun shop online. No refunds will be given unless an ailment/death occurs while under our care. Be sure you are ready and committed to welcome your bunny into your family! You cannot switch reservations to a different bunny once you reserve. Please be committed and sure of your decision before reserving.
You must pickup or have your rabbit shipped on the date listed with your reservation. No exceptions unless you have a personal delivery approved! You must fill out an airport request BEFORE you reserve so we can check to see if there are available flights. If you fail to check first, reserve a bunny, and then ask for shipping to an airport that does not have available flights, then you will not be refunded and will have to figure out how to pickup otherwise the rabbit will be placed back for adoption and no refund is issued. If you do not pickup on the scheduled pickup day, your bunny will be placed back up for adoption and no refund will be given. Please be prepared and ready for pickup day.
To the best of our knowledge, our animals are healthy at the time of sale. Once they leave our facility, we are not held liable for any physical harm, illness, accidents, or genetic issues of any kind. If your rabbit passes away during a plane transport, which has never happened and most likely never will, we will send a full refund. Proof of rabbit passing away from air transport has to be provided by an Alaska Airlines representative at the cargo station for a refund. Please understand that these are live animals and there is always a risk when adopting live animals even when both parents are healthy with no known genetic issues to date. If you do adopt a bunny from us and they end up having a genetic issue, please let us know so we can improve our breeders. We are very experienced in being able to tell genders but we will not guarantee gender.
We have a health guarantee policy that can only be purchased during the time your reservation is made. Please read in depth to fully understand what this covers. Our health guarantee is $50. This remains valid for a duration of 180 days from the birth date of the rabbit. If your rabbit passes away from a genetic issue ONLY and is proven to be a genetic issue by a licensed exotic veterinarian (they must be an exotic vet), we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the rabbit. The exotic vet will need to email a letter with a header from their vet office stating the genetic reason of death. We will also be calling the vet office to confirm with the vet. Shipping will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the rabbit. Liver torsion and GI stasis are NOT covered.
Ensuring that your landlord or homeowners approve of having animals in your home is your responsibility prior to making a reservation. Additionally, it is crucial to consider any potential allergies among household members. Please note that failure to comply with these requirements will result in the absence of a refund.
To prioritize biosecurity and animal welfare, our rabbitry is not available for tours. When you pickup you will enter into the main section of our barn.
We truly value our pets and if for any reason you can no longer care for your bunny, we will gladly take them back without a refund. If you are out of state and would like to return your bunny, you will be responsible for shipping costs to get them back here to Seattle but please don't hesitate to reach out for help. We can always post photos of them on our Instagram stories with your contact info to help you find them a home more local first.
