We understand that sometimes life circumstances change, and rehoming a rabbit becomes necessary. If you’ve adopted a rabbit from us and need to return them, please fill out the form below to schedule a drop-off date. We do require that the rabbit was originally adopted from Blue Clover Rabbitry — unfortunately, we cannot accept rabbits that were not adopted through us. If your rabbit is bonded to another that did not come from our rabbitry, we can only accept the one that was originally adopted from us.
